• Cost of employees (or any other expenditure) per income
Go to "Financial Reports" > "Graphic System" > select "Income" (by placing the cursor on the Income file and pressing >>>>>>), and then in the same ….. select "Salaries and Related Benefits Expenses" > write at the bottom of the screen from which date to which date > and press "Display Graph".
The data are displayed in a graph and a table of figures.

• Statement of Profit and Loss
Go to "Financial Reports" > "Statement of Profit and Loss" > type the desired dates and press the "Refresh" button.
Pressing the name of the group appearing in blue will give the names of the accounting files compiling the group.
Pressing the name of the file appearing in blue will give particulars of the accounting file (each expense line separately).

• Bank Monitoring
Go to "Financial Reports" > "Banks Report" > all bank accounts will appear in the bank account. Select the desired bank, and the bank statement will appear as received from the bank.
A reconciliation number appears next to each line. Pressing that number will show what accounts department order was recorded against that line.

To produce an income graph: "Financial Reports" > "Graphs System" > select "Income" (by placing the cursor on the "Income" file and pressing the >>>> button). Fill in the desired dates at the bottom of the screen and press "Display Graph".

• Personal documents file
(Located in "Incoming Mail") All private information on the business, such as: bookkeeping, certificate of deduction of tax at source, annual financial statements, etc.

• Suggestions for improvement and better efficiency
All suggestions and ideas for any addition to or improvement of the system is welcome, and will be examined from the accounting and technical aspects for integration into the system, and efforts will be made to integrate as many applicable ideas as possible in the version updates made on a current basis.
